How some pyramids of Egypt were designed with the purpose of healing

While it is traditionally believed that the pyramids of Egypt were used for the final resting place of Pharaohs, more and more academics are beginning to challenge this idea claiming that pyramids were used for sound healing.



The first and most obvious reason that many of the great pyramids were not used for burial sites is that they are not decorated with hieroglyphics – which was an important feature for all Egyptian tombs.

Secondly, because tomb raiders were a constant worry – burial sites were traditionally hidden in the valley of the kings so that the mummy would rest in peace undisturbed. Not buried in plain sight in the most recognizable buildings in the world.

For these reasons, keep an open mind that the great pyramids were used for something else.

Dr Abd’el Hakim Awyan is a native Egyptian archeologist elder who has been endowed with knowledge that has been passed down from generation to generation – and he believes that the pyramids were used for sound healing.

Dr Abd’el believes that quartz-granite slabs found in some chambers were not meant as a sarcophagus but were meant for people to lie in as they absorbed the healing power of the particular frequency that the chamber resonated.

Sound chambers like the ones found in the red pyramid are designed exactly like modern day acoustic chambers that sound therapists use today.

How ‘Grounding’ is the Greatest Discovery Since Penicillin

A film maker in the Alaskan wilderness who suffers from severe back pain, has to complete is daily chores if he wants to survive… despite the freezing temperatures, he climbs under his house where there is no snow, strips down so he can become ‘grounded’ with the Earth… not long after, he feels a sensation of well being… the next morning his back pain is gone.

Rather than going to such extremes for relief, he drives a metal spike into the ground, with a copper wire that he connects to the house to bring the energy right into his cabin…. at the same time; he conducts an experiment to see if this phenomenon works on other things… so he cut two sprigs of a sapling and put them in water to see if they bud – one he ‘grounds’ the other he doesn’t.  He furthers the study by doing the same with two bunches of lilies.

Unlike the the un-grounded sapling, the grounded sapling quickly starts to bud and the grounded lilies stayed fresh, while the un-grounded lilies wilted.

‘Grounding’ is the process of reconnecting with the Schumann Resonance

The film crew of this documentary give grounding a try: One reported that he stopped snoring and the other stopped grinding his teeth.

Before long, everyone in the small Alaskan village who suffered from chronic pain or a nagging ailment joined the grounding experiment.

The positive transformations in the village were nothing short of a miracle… so the film maker contacted NASA for answers.

Charlie Duke – the 10th man on to walk on the moon from Apollo 16 (1972) agreed to talk to the film crew… and revealed that he believes in the healing power of the Earth and calls it ‘intelligent design’.

The crew visit Dr David Suzuki (Scientist and popular broadcaster)… he was told about the immense health benefits the small village was experiencing and Dr Suzuki was not surprised… agreeing that the Earths resonance has healing powers.

The Healing Power of Sound

Whats the big deal with sound frequencies? 

Everything in the universe has its own resonant frequency.

When you break things down to an atomic level, nothing can truly be regarded as a solid. All matter, whether it’s a solid, liquid or gases are composed of the tiniest particles called atoms. And these atoms are made up of smaller particles called protons, neutrons and electrons. And these particles are made up of even smaller matter such as quarks, bosons and leptons.

Which means; at an atomic level, the thoughts we think and the air we breathe and the sounds we hear are just as real as steel or stone.

Everything is made up of the same principal particles. What makes them different is the arrangement of these particles and the way they are bound together. This is what makes up a substance.

Atoms are not solid either.

Rather, they are infinitely small solar systems made up of even smaller particles vibrating at incredible speeds that are bound together by powerful forces.

Simply put: everything in the universe is made up sub-atomic particles vibrating at different frequencies.

Sound = Vibration

Researchers at Chalmers University of Technology in Sweden were the first to prove the sound frequency of an atom. The sound, known as a surface acoustic wave (SAW) is the weakest sound possible.

Even the universe also vibrates at its own frequency.

Recently, two physicists at The University of Southern Mississippi, Lawrence Mead and Harry Ringermacher, have discovered that the universe is not only be expanding, but also oscillating or “ringing” at the same time. Their paper on the topic has been published in the April 2015 issue of the Astronomical Journal.

Sound Therapy in Modern Medicine

Modern medicine uses sound frequencies for many different applications. The most widely known use is ultrasound.

Although ultrasound equipment appears silent, the high frequencies they emit are far more intense than the scream of a jet engine.

The power of concentrated sound frequencies can also destroy or rearrange molecules.

If you amplify a frequency, the molecular structure will change. A great example of this is an opera singer shattering a glass with their voice.

This same principle is used for non evasive surgery.

Frequencies of our meridian system

Reconnect with the Schumann Resonance for Optimum Health

How the Earth’s ‘heartbeat’ is the key to natural health

 

This ‘heartbeat’ is a frequency that the Earth emits – as a result of 50 bursts of lightning flashing around the world at any given moment. It’s called the Schumann resonance… named after the scientist who discovered it:  Winfried Schumann.

Because this low pulsating frequency (7.83 Hz) has been present since day one, every creature on Earth has evolved with a dependence to it.

Scientific research has proven our need for the Earth’s heartbeat.

Professor R. Wever from the Max Planck Institute for Behavioural Physiology in Erling-Andechs, built an underground bunker which completely screened out the Schumann resonance. Student volunteers lived there for four weeks in this hermetically sealed environment.

Professor Wever noted that the student’s circadian rhythms diverged and that they suffered emotional distress and migraine headaches. As they were young and healthy, no serious health conditions arose… which wouldn’t have been the case with older people or people with a weaker immune system.

After only a brief exposure to 7.8 Hz (the very frequency which had been screened out), the volunteers health stabilized again.

It was this study that lead to the cure of “space sickness” – a feeling of nausea and headaches that early astronauts had been complaining about.  To fix this, artificial Schumann Resonators were installed into every space craft, and still are to this day.

It is no coincidence that the frequency of the Schumann resonance (7.83Hz) is the same frequency of our brainwaves when it’s in the Alpha state. The Alpha brainwave state has many benefits such as

The Cascading Effects of Anger

Anger can be a poisonous emotion

 

Much like how a smile can be infectious… so can anger. By letting negative emotions get the better of you; it fans the embers of negativity around people close to you as well.

Depending on your temperance, life is full of anger triggers. Yet even the most placid person can have their limits pushed – ask any parent. Add an unreasonable employer into the mix, and combine that with a new diet (“hangry”) and then try to drive home in rush hour traffic and see what happens.

Some people don’t even realize they have been poisoning themselves with anger. It only takes a micro moment to shout out a four letter word – such as your favorite team fumbling the ball, or your internet freezing when you need to urgently send an email, or when somebody won’t let you change lanes on the motorway.

You don’t even need to shout out in anger… muttering profanities under your breath or playing out a negative scenario in your head (like telling your boss what you think of him) is just as detrimental.

These angry emotions wreck havoc on your heart. Countless studies have proven that anger triggers the body’s “fight or flight” response (an evolutionary response from our cavemen ancestors) which floods the body with adrenaline and cortisol (the primary stress hormone).

Stress also triggers this “fight or flight” response.

But when your body is constantly subjected to spikes in cortisol; the long term heath dangers can be severe.

The most dangerous health issue is how cortisol causes calcification of the heart and arteries. This has a cascading effect which triggers carbohydrate cravings which cause insulin resistance (high blood sugar levels) and obesity. Insulin resistance and obesity is the catalyst for type-2 diabetes, metabolic syndrome and high blood pressure. From there; problems with low immunity, bone density and reduced libido can be expected.

Now if you didn’t realize the root cause of these diseases (anger, stress), your first reaction would be to seek medical advice; your doctor would prescribe you medication.

High blood pressure meds have terrible side effects which only make matters worse by creating new ailments – which require more drugs.

Controlling your Anger

Anger is often a gateway to stress. If you have better control of your anger, the less likely you are to become stressed.

Meditation is an incredible tool for combating anger issues as well as stress. So if you’re a cool headed yet burdened by the stress of your responsibilities; taking time out of the day to decompress with meditation will do wonders for your health.

If you have ever tried meditation, you will have noticed that breathing exercises are an important part of the activity. This is because certain breathing techniques will lower your heart rate and regress your brainwaves to a calmer state.

But if sitting in the lotus position chanting “OM” isn’t your thing; simple breathing exercises while you sit at your desk while trying to clear you mind of thoughts will have a huge impact on you state of mind and mood.

Be mindful of “first world problems”

Try to look at things from a broader picture. Journaling is a great way to prevent bottling-up your anger. And it also highlights the fact that things “aren’t so bad”; especially when you compare your problems to people from disadvantaged countries.

First world problem: My wife used up most of the hot water – now I can only have a short, luke-warm shower.

Third world problem: Billions of people have never experienced a hot shower.

First world problem: It takes forever to get home in rush hour traffic.

Third world problem: Billions of people don’t have a car, or a nice place to come home to… let alone a decent job to come home from.

So when you notice you are in a bad mood; try doing your breathing exercises at your desk.  If you have trouble clearing your mind; try thinking of all the things you are grateful for instead.

If controlling your anger is a constant battle; remember that popping a pill (sedatives, anti –depression meds) often leads to serious side effects down the road.

Although meditation can seem difficult to begin with, the health benefits are immense.

Using Binaural Beats To Reach The Theta State

The brain is constantly producing brainwave frequencies. There are five main frequency brain waves: Gamma, Delta, Theta, Alpha and Beta.

We all experience the theta state on a daily basis, but its usually when we are sleeping or sometimes when we are daydreaming or while we perform a particularly monotonous task that can be done on “autopilot”.

There are many who can set their minds into this meditative state at will. Some people use it for self hypnotism, others use it for creative clarity, or improved problem solving skills and learning abilities and many use it for spiritual beliefs. No matter your reason; meditating in the theta state is tremendously beneficial.

The brain slips into the theta state when deep meditation is reached. But the problem is that it takes a great deal of practice to reach this mindset; but binaural beats can quickly help you reach the theta state by silencing internal chatter, relaxing the mind and opening up the doors to the deepest levels of meditation.

Nowadays, with the help of binaural entrainment frequencies nearly anybody can reach the theta state quickly; as if they were a Zen master.

Entrainment in Action

Once of the reasons why binaural beats works is through the science of entrainment.

Entrainment occurs when our internal bodily rhythms sync to a stronger external rhythm (in this case, binaural beats).

It’s a law of Physics: when 2 objects are entrained with each other, they expend less energy.

Entrainment was first discovered by physicist Christian Huygens in the 17th century.

Hygens was the inventor of the ‘grandfather clock’ (a clock with a swinging pendulum) and had a workshop full of them in different sizes.

He made the discovery of entrainment when he noticed that his clocks swinging pendulums would always sync together.

To test if this was always the case, he would purposely set each pendulum in motion at different rates, but when he returned to his workshop the next day, he would find they had always shifted their rhythm together in synchronicity.

Entrainment happens in a variety of different ways.

If you take a tuning fork and strike it, then move it towards another tuning fork – the unstruck fork will begin to vibrate too.

Another example is a distant passing train that causes a window to rattle.

Or a singer’s high pitched voice causing a wine glass to break (the wine glass shatters because the resonance of the singer’s voice entrains the glass to vibrate at a rate that it can’t sustain).

This science can be used to synchronize a person’s brainwaves to achieve a desired state of mind.

Entrainment happens in biology too.

It is this phenomenon that causes female roommates menstrual cycles to sync together.

Or fireflies that blink together at the same time.

Or the resetting of the internal body clock – after a very long plane flight.

Our body reacts to entrainment all the time. Our breathing rate, heart rate and brain waves are always in sync with each other.

It’s for this reason that when you first learn to meditate, you will always be told to concentrate on your breathing. This is because deep, long breaths will lower your heart rate, and in-turn entrains your brain to a different brain wave state.

Your body will entrain itself to your surroundings too. Next time you are surrounded by noisy machinery or stuck in heavy traffic or at a noisy bar, count your heart rate. Then try counting your heart rate when you are sitting in a quiet peaceful environment and compare the difference.

How Do Binaural Beats Work?

The way the brain is affected depends on the varying frequencies of each tone. Each ear listens to different frequencies via headphones.

This may sound strange, but is the basis of binaural beats. The right ear my listen to a tone of 300Hz while the left ear listens to the same sounds but at a slightly different frequency of 310Hz.

The brain picks up on the difference between the two ears which in this example is: 10Hz (left ear 300 Hz, right ear 310 Hz). This 10 Hz difference is deciphered by the brain as a “third sound”. This third sound (10Hz) in this case is the Alpha state and is what brain will become entrained to.

For the science to work, the frequencies of the tones in each ear must be below 1000Hz for the beating to be noticeable. Also, the difference between the two frequencies must be small (no more than 70 Hz), otherwise the two tone sounds will clash and come out sounding separately, and thus the binaural effects are lost.

Binaural beats have created much interest to those in the neuro-physiological world where there is always ongoing research investigating how certain frequencies affect the mind and body.

What is the frequency of Theta?

Theta waves – normally adjusted to 4 – 7 Hz which is ideal for the deep meditative state and “birds eye” problem solving.  Ideal for tapping into the deepest levels of your creative side.

Awaken Creativity with Binaural Beats

The creative side of an individual basically comes from the spirit of the individual. This spirit element is what encourages our creative thoughts. Our creative thoughts need the freedom to explore and be free of inhibitions. These inhibitions are usually blocked by the logical thinking of the Beta wave brain state.

Binaural beats sync the brain to a desired state of relaxation. This causes emotions and lateral thinking to subside and allow the spiritual side to prevail.

It has been found that binaural beats are effectively used with a specific combination of frequencies within the alpha, theta and delta ranges to trigger the creativity element from within.

Participants are encouraged to find a quiet spot to relax. Also encouraged is the posture of laying flat and listening to the binaural beats with headphones. It is important however, not to become too comfortable as you do not want to fall asleep. It is for this reason it is recommended not to use a pillow. If you are familiar with yoga; the lotus position is also effective.

This is the best way to harness the quiet energy that causes an individual to be in total relaxation mode. When this level of deep relaxation is reached then the brain takes over and the creative “juices” start to flow.

The Theta state is associated with crystal clear emotional intelligence and naturally lowers cortisone levels. This powerful state of mind boosts serotonin as well as the immune system.

The mode of soul searching, mind blockages, brain storming, are heightened so that an individual can now tap comfortably into their creative abilities with the new “powerful” mindset.

Some of the more commonly recorded physical effects of this mindset are as follows:

  • The inability to move freely due to the body feeling heavier
  • Total relaxation from head to toe
  • Vivid visualizations, color and patterns in the “mind’s eye”
  • A level of separation between the conscious and the subconscious is apparent.
  • Levels of anxiety, stress, and tension evaporate.
  • Sometimes the feeling of sedation or no feeling at all is recorded.

Through the science of entrainment, the brain synchronizes to the beat frequency, allowing a user to slip into a desired state of meditation quickly.

Depending on a user’s preference; one can use raw, pure tones or a track that has been mixed with sounds of nature and/or a guided meditation to help an individual more effectively reach the desired deep levels of meditative state.

The Theta State and the Pineal Gland

The pineal gland (also called the epiphysis) is a small endocrine gland located in the center of the midline of the brain.

Also known as the “third eye” It has all the characteristics of our two eyes we use for everyday vision. The third eye has the remnants of the cornea and retina, and has the same light sensitive cells as the eyes.

The Yogis of India believe that the third eye is an important aspect of their chakra system, with the third eye situated at the midline of the face; on the forehead. A yogi will sit in the lotus position meditating for hours to try to reach the Theta state and gain consciousness through the third eye.

The pineal gland (third eye) is activated when the brain slips into the Theta state.

The pineal gland is responsible for regulating hunger, thirst, the desire to do things and the biological clock. That being said; the Theta state is ideal for controlling addictions.

Energetically speaking, an activated pineal gland will give an individual a heightened sense of consciousness.

Shamans have practiced different means of awakening the pineal gland for centuries. Upon doing so they slip into a trance-state where they tap into an intuitive source of wisdom, insight, and the highest level of perception into the future, past and present.

These shamans and yogis spent their whole lives perfecting the art of slipping into this Theta trance state; usually with the help of drumming and/or chanting. The aboriginals of Australia did the same using their native Didgeridoo. Cancer Causing Toxin Gets “Thumbs Up” From the American Cancer Society

Xeno-estrogens are a modern man-made toxin that is almost impossible to escape in today’s modern world.

“Xeno” meaning “foreign” is a synthetic form of estrogen that is responsible for disrupting the endoctrine system which can lead to breast cancer in women, testicular cancer in men, “man boobs”, reduced fertility, premature onset of puberty in females, thyroid problems and heart disease to name just a few.

Xeno-estrogens mimic estrogen to cause a buildup that causes estrogen dominance which is responsible for depression, anxiety, mood swings, reduced libido, insomnia, foggy thoughts, and chronic fatigue. Unlike naturally produced hormones, the body finds xenoestrogens difficult to process. Like most toxins, that the body can’t process; they get stored in fat cells where they can build up and cause even greater problems.

Unfortunately, this dangerous toxin flies under the radar – with the general public largely unaware of the health hazards.

Ironically, the American Skin Cancer Society recommends rubbing sunscreen that is filled with xeno-estrogens onto our body which can actually cause cancer. It is mind boggling that zinc based sunscreen isn’t used as an alternative.

  • Soft plastics
  • Microwaved plastics
  • Dryer sheets
  • Shampoos, moisturizers, hand creams, skincare products, cosmetic products
  • Artificial food additives
  • Cleaning products (especially antibacterial)
  • Washing machine powder
  • Personal hygiene products

What should I be aware of when looking at labels? (this is by no means an entire list, but a few of the most common you might be able to remember)

  • Parabens (methylparaben, butylparaben, propylparaben, and ethylparaben, commonly used as preservatives in personal care products)
  • Butylated hydroxyanisole / BHA (food preservative)
  • Sodium lauryl sulphates (found in personal hygiene products)
  • Alkylphenol (used in cleaning agents)
  • Oxybenzone (found in sunscreen)
  • Benzophenone (found in sunscreen)

What’s the best way I can limit my exposure to xeno-estrogens?

  • Never microwave food in plastic containers (even if it says “microwave safe”) and don’t even think about microwaving cling wrap.
  • Try not to drink water from a plastic bottle, but if you must; make sure it hasn’t been exposed to sunlight or heat for a prolonged time.
  • Always use paraben free cosmetics and personal hygiene products
  • Use zinc based sunscreen (stay away from regular sunscreen)
  • Say “no thanks” to receipts if you can; cashier receipts contain concentrated levels of BHA
  • Avoid air fresheners
  • If you can’t afford to eat organic; thoroughly wash your fruit and vegetables, or even better peel them.
  • Use a paraben/chemical free clothes washing detergent.
  • To detoxify your body of xeno-estrogens, eat foods rich in curcumin such as turmeric or take a curcumin supplement.
  • Increase your intake of limonene which is an enzyme that detoxifies xeno-estrogens. Limonene is commonly found in citrus fruits.
  • Choose unbleached teabags, toilet paper and sanitary products
  • Avoid Styrofoam cups
  • Avoid artificial sweeteners and MSG
  • Remember that rubbing xeno-estrogens into the skin will bypass the liver meaning you are giving yourself a concentrated dose, so be most weary of non-edible ways this toxin can enter the body.

Until the government does something to restrict this deadly toxin, the only thing you can do is try to minimize your exposure. Although it seems like a tall order to try and avoid this chemical, try to limit the worst offenders.
